4 Season Coastal Cottage with Majestic View

Shore Acres Cottage is located between Ellsworth and Bar Harbor, nestled on the edge of pristine Acadia National Park. The beach and picnic area is an enjoyable three-minute walk from the cottage along a wooded country road. The state park, with boat dock and launching area, is only one half mile north of the cottage. The cottage is fully insulated and has a monitor furnace and an electric hot water heater for your year-round comfort. The cottage is supplied with linens, blankets and beach chairs. Rental Rates & Fees

$550/week July & August
$450/week June, September & October
$600/month October through May
Rates include State of Maine 7% sales Use Tax. Rentals are Saturday 3PM to Saturday 10AM Reservations made prior to January will require $100 Deposit. One half of the remaining balance is due on January 15 and the remainder must be paid 8 weeks prior to occupancy.
